Peter has worked in Partnerships at Atlanta Mission since 2015 and enjoys providing strategic ways for the community to be a part of what God is doing at Atlanta Mission. During his tenure, he has served on several design teams to create strategy around different elements of our Transformation Model.
Prior to Atlanta Mission, Peter worked in relational ministry with the homeless in Athens, Georgia. He is a graduate of the University of Georgia and proud to cheer on the Bulldawgs most Saturday’s.
Peter & his wife, Emily, reside in Midtown and are active at Renovation Church. He serves as a volunteer leader with Young Life and sits on the board of Athens PBJ’s. He is also a Dignity Serves certified facilitator.
Peter is passionate about how the Church and community can better serve the needs of the materially poor by creating dignified, interdependent relationships with those facing tough economic situations. “It is an incredible to see how our volunteers- as well as those we serve- are transformed through relationships.”
