The Potter’s House

655 Potter House Rd, Jefferson GA, 30549

The Potter’s House, located on a 550-acre farm, is a 12-month, Christian-based, residential recovery program for men dealing with chemical addiction.

Counselors and certified peer specialists are available to provide one-on-one counseling (with trauma-informed care), clinical groups, process groups, and life skills classes to meet the emotional needs of men dealing with addiction recovery.

What to expect

REQUIREMENTS FOR ADMISSION TO THE POTTER’S HOUSE:

  • Be over the age of 18.
  • Agree to abide by all guidelines, fully participate in all program activities, and refrain from any inappropriate activity.
  • Be fully detoxified with at least 72 hours since last use of drugs or 48 hours since last use of alcohol.
  • Be mentally and physically able to exercise proper personal hygiene and self-care, perform task work assignments, and participate in all program functions within a non-medical, non-psychiatric facility.
  • Two-bag maximum of personal belongings for all facilities.
