A Season to Innovate

We are excited to present our 2021 Annual Report: A Season to Innovate. In it, you will read about how we made innovative strides in our client experience, places, and with our partners. You will also read about how the COVID-19 pandemic gave us the opportunity to reflect on what we can do better and how we can serve our clients more effectively. In the last year, we have helped 1,088 men, women, and children discover the root cause of their homelessness, walk through the Transformation Model, build a brand-new future, and share hope.
