Ways to Give on GivingTuesday

2020 has been a challenging year for everyone. And as the pandemic continues, more and more are coming face to face with homelessness. With Christmas just around the corner, it can be a stressful time for many. But there are many opportunities to give back and help throes struggling this holiday season. One way to do that is by participating in GivingTuesday.

What is GivingTuesday?

GivingTuesday is known as a Global Generosity Movement. It’s a day set aside for everyone to come together and do good. We spend Black Friday through Cyber Monday spending money on presents for family and friends. GivingTuesday is a chance to spend money helping others. We have seen the incredible impact this day can have in the last few years.

How can you give back this GivingTuesday?

This GivingTuesday, we invite you to give to those facing homelessness. There are thousands of men, women, and children in Atlanta that are facing the upcoming holiday season without a home. You can help provide a home for them this holiday season by giving.

When you donate this GivingTuesday, your dollars are going directly toward providing safe shelter, nourishing meals, and life-changing services for those in our care right now.

Plus, each dollar you give on GivingTuesday will be doubled thanks to a $100,000 challenge match from The Justin Landis Group.

The Justin Landis Group, a local affiliate of the real estate company Keller Williams, believes that everyone deserves a home, including families facing homelessness this holiday season. They have generously offered this Home for the Holidays Matching Challenge and together, we can ensure everyone has a place to call home for the holidays.
