How to Help Those Facing Homelessness this Christmas Season

‘Tis the season for life-change! We’re prepping our facilities for the many men, women, and children who will celebrate Christmas with us this year.  They’ll experience a safe, happy holiday season, and many will enjoy this season for its true, spiritual worth for the first time.

But we could still use your help.

Giving a gift to someone in need this holiday season means so much more than we’ll ever fully be able to grasp. Helping people experience the real reason for the season changes everything for them.

Will you consider giving this holiday season?

We’ve put together the Atlanta Mission Holiday Gift Guide to make gift giving easy. You can give as part of your holiday giving or give on behalf of a loved one to create something really special.

Just a few of your options:

Reunification with family

Help provide a bus ticket and a meal so a client can be reunified with their family.

Starts at $60

A safe place to sleep

Ensure a man, woman, or child receives a warm, safe bed for a night of sleep.

Starts at $24

Meals

Provide a man, woman, or child three warm, nutritious meals a day.

Starts at $56

Counseling service

Provide sessions of counseling for a man, woman, or child.

Starts at $30

Because of your faithful prayers and support, our guests are able to enjoy the holiday season for its true, spiritual worth. As you spend time with your family and friends this holiday season, know that supporting our guests gives you an extraordinary gift as well — the gift of knowing that you’re giving your neighbors experiencing homelessness joy, warmth, food, and shelter this season.
