My Sister’s House located at

Donations are accepted:
Sunday – Saturday: 9:00 am – 6:00 pm
Dry packaged food can be taken to the Administrative Office or My Sister’s House.
Condition Requirements:
- Items must be in original, sealed, and undamaged packaging
- Must be within expiration or best-by date
- No perishable items unless kept cold immediately before donation
- Clean and uncontaminated items
- Suitable for general distribution (check allergens)
- No signs of tampering

Food Donation FAQs
Thank you for your interest in donating food to Atlanta Mission. We appreciate your heart to serve our clients! Please see below for a list of our frequently asked questions. If your question has not been answered here, you can reach our kitchen team by using the form at the bottom of the page.
We are always in need of the food items listed in the Urgent Needs section above. Dry packaged foods can be dropped off at our Administrative Office.
Perishable items such as milk, fruits, vegetables, and cold cuts can be taken to My Sister’s House. Please refer to question #5 for more details.
We are not accepting canned good donations at this time.
Because health code regulations can be strict, we can only accept pre-cooked meals from commercial kitchens that follow HACCP protocols.
Expired or out-of-date items
Opened or damaged packaging
Items with visible signs of tampering
Items requiring refrigeration but not kept cold
Perishable items past their safe use date
Our central kitchen is located at My Sister’s House at 921 Howell Mill Road, Atlanta, GA 30318. Our receiving dock is on the corner of 8th St. NW and Howell Mill Rd. You can simply pull up to the loading dock on 8th Street and knock on the double doors and someone from the kitchen will be able to assist you with unloading.
Please note we will not accept food donations at any of our other campuses including The Shepherd’s Inn or Restoration House.
We will receive food donations at My Sister’s House 7 days a week between 9:00 am – 6:00 pm.
