Julie Clement
Julie Clement, Chief People and Culture Officer, is a human resources executive with over 25 years of experience in the human capital space. Prior to joining Atlanta Mission, Julie worked with Novelis for almost 5 years serving as the HR Leader for one of their primary value streams. She has also served in senior leadership positions with organizations such as Ceridian, CoAdvantage, and TriNet. Julie has both a Professional in Human Resources (PHR) and SHRM Certified Professional certifications.
Julie is a servant leader with a passion for developing strong empowered leaders and creating a winning culture. She believes that God led her to Atlanta Mission and that all of her previous experiences occurred to prepare her for this role.
Julie was born and raised in Atlanta and graduated from the University of Georgia with a BBA in Business Management. She met her husband, Stephen, at UGA and they have been married for 30 years. In her free time, Julie enjoys spending time with family, traveling, and rooting on the Dawgs at football games in the fall.
